Nurse\\\'s Voice Summit Presentation

The Invisible Load: Sustainable Resilience for Nurses and Healthcare Professionals

First available August 1, 2026 - ongoing on demand

About the Presentation

Nurses carry more than their workload. They carry an invisible load of responsibility, compassion, decision making, and constant adaptation that can quietly affect their energy, well being, and capacity to care.

In this practical and engaging session, Rosalyn Fast introduces the concept of the Invisible Load and shares simple strategies from her Stand Up 4 ME™ Framework to help nurses recognize what they are carrying, protect their energy, and build sustainable resilience. Participants will leave with practical tools they can begin using right away to support themselves while continuing to provide exceptional care for others.
