About the Summit
The Nurse’s Voice Summit is a nursing-led conversation that shines a light on how health, healing, and well-being work from the inside out—so people don’t have to wait for illness to start living well.
This summit elevates the often-unseen role nurses play in health promotion, prevention, and whole-person wellness—at the bedside, in clinics, and out in families, churches, workplaces, and communities.
This is an evergreen summit, meaning that the content will be available indefinitely.

Speaker Acceptance and Requirements
If your application is submitted and compete before July 25th, 2026, you can assume that you are accepted, and do not need to wait for confirmation, but that is only the beginning.
That means that you should block off the speaker meetings and participant meetups as soon as you apply. You can also start recording your content.
To be included in the content line up, you must provide a high quality recording on MP3, the message of which delivers value to the audience, not just a pitch. (If your recording is not up to our standards, you will be informed so you may re-record)
To be highlighted in the email reminders, you must promote to bring no less than 10 opt-ins.
If you bring at least 20 by August 20th, 2026, you will be included in the collaborative book for the summit.
If you bring at least 40, you will be highlighted twice to the entire audience.
If you fail to promote, your talk will remain in the general content of the summit, but it will not be directly highlighted.
